our history

Cerma was founded in 1966 on the outskirts of Reggio Emilia (Northern Italy) as an automatic turning workshop for the construction of oil hydraulic fittings.
In 1975 we moved the plant to the hills of Vezzano sul Crostolo, in its current location, and in 2000 we grew to a total covered area of 5500 square meters.

Over the years we have widened our specializations in many mechanical sectors, to be able to offer support in many of them: Agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, oil hydraulics, oil hydraulic cylinders, motorcycle components, automotive, packaging, reducer gears and mechanical transmissions, healthcare, food industry.
